Can I get a confirm seat from Chittaurgarh till Ajmer if I ask the TTE for one, during my Journey???

If vacant seat is available, he will charge you on-board and issue an extension ticket. If BDTS - Ajmer is 100 rs, BDTS - COR is 90 rs & COR - Ajmer is 30 rs, he will not charge 100-90 = 10, but rather u wud b charged 30 Rs as fresh ticket.
Yes, I purposely booked ticket till COR, so atleast I get a confirmed seat till COR.
Will it be wise to book a normal reservation ticket from COR to AII in the same train for further journey, even if it is in Waiting, instead of asking fr ticket on board from the TTE?
Yes, it will be a good idea, should be a PRS ticket though. Otherwise it will get cancelled if remained in WL on Chart preparation.
Already having a ticket will also give a good impression to the TTE, that this guy isnt without ticket (WT). He just couldnt get full reservation.
The flip side is - Technically you cant travel on a WL ticket in reserved compartment. He 'can' ask you to move to UR coach. But I guess he will not do that. If you can park yourself on some good co-passenger's...

okay . You have to change and go to ajmer portion
Ajmer portion gets 20-30% empty at COR ( sleeper ) . you will easily get empty seats .
