(1) Reason for red flags are because of roundabout route. Bangalore-Chennai is 6 hours only by direct route.
(2) However, this train gives direct connection to places like Dharmapuri, Hosur, etc. from Chennai, Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Melmaruvathur, etc.
(3) If Hosur can be a terminal it can be terminated there itself. Otherwise, it has to be taken to Bangalore.
