It is an UTTERLY disgusting place. Be it the retiring room or 'Upper Class Waiting Room', all of them at DLI are worse than basic waiting room at any station.
But anyways, just to answer the query, they're located at the main waiting area touching PF#1,2,3,4,5,6 on the 1st/2nd floor.

I thought i would get 6-6.5/10 for the facilities but seems i can't give more than 2.5 on your feedback of the subject.
The RMS Bhawan in PF#1 too very dirty...even the RMS in NDLS us just like a makeshift hut very disgusting I hope the Palam TMO is still better
