Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

In pursuit of bidding an eventful farewell to the LKO Rajdhani and apparently making a statement about the demeaned priority this train will be subjected to here onwards, the train was made to be overtook by Sapt Kranti on its last run. Delayed by 1h 30m, the train won't touch NDLS before 9 today.
