MumbaiExpress 92 blog postsGuys....Say there are seats/berths vacant in the premium train sleeper class(any class for that matter) and I approach a TTE on the train with a general second class ticket to give me a berth. I am ready to pay the difference. How much fare would I be charged ? Please educate me on this.

Do you mean, inspite of vacant berths in the train, the TTE is not allowed to give them to needy passengers ? Who are ready to pay the difference ?
