Yes a new ICE or Jhanshatabdi needs to be introduced with LHB coaches to maintain speed of this slot.
Your suggestions are very good but AC DD coaches are LHB so it is cant attached with ICF coaches, yes it can attached with LHB Intercity coaches like Karnavati Express.
Yes DD speed will be gud only..I travelled in the same DD for 3 times..for 39 kms between YA -HX it takes 25 to 30 min DAT too in a doubled route
