The Cost of this BHEL WAG-7 is 6.5 Crore whereas if it would be a CLW WAG-7 it would cost 6 Crore. 0.50 Crore extra for Bhel WAG 7
BHEL has to charge its own profit/commission. They are not for charity to IR, Its IRs requirements.
Exactly. The Cost of BHEL WAG-9 would be as follows:
CLW WAG-9:13 Crore also CLW WAP 5 & WAP 7: 13 Crore whereas
BHEL WAG-9(If produced in Future as per IR's Tender) would be 14 Crore.
