Though the Fare is from JHS to PUNE , u have selected BP as BINA . so the chart reflects the BP and destination alone and not the ticket booked location(JHS) . chances are there that ur seat might have been allotted in PQ to some one who travels upto BINA . rules does not permit to board from JHS in the same seat . if its some 10 or 15 kms difference , some TTEs wont mind , but when it comes to 150Kms + , its high risk as if when squad finds out , it may be cause of over charging . be safe and board at BINA for hassle free journey

No . U cant . though u have been charged from JHS , BP s can be changed from BINA onwards but not to JHS(as fas as i know). better just board d coach and stand at the door side and if TTE comes , just say i came to board to general coach but train departed and by next station i will go like that . most wont mind though u have tkt from JHS . so it wont be a prob dude .

I checked by visiting a PRS counter and tried changing the boarding point. They refused saying that there is ONLY ONE chance permitted, and that you've already used during ticket booking.
