I booked this ticket through IRCTC Connect Mobile App and now I see this ticket got confirmed. But due to unfortunate situation, I have to cancel this ticket . When cancelling this ticket, I am facing couple of issues.
1) When I log into www.irctc.co.in , I could not find this ticket in booked history. Also this ticket is showing up only in Mobile App.
2) When trying to cancel the ticket in my mobile app, it says "canc failed.pnr got confirm on prev remote/ originating station after charting .can not...
