Why there is no Superfast train upgradation for Rajkot-Veraval-Somnath route?

Section is a single line token territory. Trains have to slow down at all stations having loop lines at 35 kmph for token exchange. So a normal train takes 3:30 to 4 hrs for Veraval - Rajkot section of 185 kms.
