Can i book a ticket with different boarding station??? As my train is showing available tickets from the origination station but same train is showing WL tickets from my boarding station????Is that like it will create any problems during my journey???

While booking you can see booking point station & boarding point station..So in boarding point select your station of boarding...Your name shall appear in chart from point to boarding to destination only. Also you can travel from boarding point only in that berth/seat even though you paid charges from booking/starting point to destination point.
the information u gave is for PRS booking.... am asking about IRCTC online booking????
Thats the rule...You can change BP while booking thru IRCTC also which has been hinted in the next entry...
Is it like the availability will change according to the boarding station or the availability will be same if i keep my boarding station different???
