If you are asking about 12401 -
then the reason is late arrival of 12402 at IPR and very small scheduled TAT (Turn around time) causes late start running of 12401 :) in UP direction

oh.. last holi it was 24 hrs late... sbki holi miss krwa di thi ... and was chased by wdm3 sarairohila pnb special.
