I have 1 question. If any ticket remains partially confirmed after chart, can wait-listed passengers on it travel with this ticket? If yes, are there any charges that wait-listed passengers have to pay? If not, what is the procedure for cancelling this whole ticket or partial ticket? I am talking about e-ticket.
Thank you.

Partial wait listed passenger can travel with the CNF passenger in the same PNr with TTe's concern, But have to share the berth with the CNF passenger. If the WL passenger don want to travel, The CNF passenger who is travelling must get "no travel Certificate" for the WL passenger from the TTE onboard and File the TDR with in 72 hours from the actual arrival at destination and send the NT certificate To IRCTC quoting the TDR number.

Thank you for information. One more question. If no one wants to travel in partial wait-listed ticket, what is the procedure for TDR?

If No one is travelling in such PNR, the TDR should be filed for all with in 2 hours from the actual departure for the refund. No need of NT certificate in such case
Clerkage charge Rs.30 per passenger will be deducted including confirmed passengers.
