Will Goa again OT TN since TN has huge slack between GWL & AGC and little bit of slack between BPL & JHS.
One similarity betwen TN/GT/Goa is the KMS are same post ET.

Looks like the officials rescheduled it at a wrong time so it was detained until other trains departed.
