Why this train has a different quota from Borivali. In 3AC only 10 seats have been made available from Borivali. No other train passing through Borivali has a different quota for Borivali.
it has a diff quota from bvi. i also tried but it was showing wl1 from bvi. instead i booked from the origin station and found 100+ seats vacant. there is a minor fare difference also.
2216 GR also has bvi quota. you can check it out. there may be other trains with quota which i hadnt chkd simply because, i got a ticket in one of these. there may be quota in other trains also.

This is a ploy by railways to extract more from people. Almost 70-80 passengers of this train board at Borivali but they are forced to book from Mumbai Central. Fare difference is Rs 25 in 3AC.It may not be much for an individual but the railways are gaining a lot.
