yes & i was spotted this loco around 3 years ago while it was passing through Adityapur to go towards Bhilai from Gomoh.
Till few days back this loco used to stood idle in any of the platforms of bsp..
lekin ab iske bhi bhagya khul gaye Kalinga Utkal ko haul karne ke baad :-D
