suryajohny~ 315 blog postsI observed some peculiar thing with VISAKHA Express(17015) that, there is no Premium Tatkal quota for this train i.e on wards.
but it is there for return train i.e 17016.
It shows the ECoR agreed that there is no demand for this train from Bhubaneswar.
