"This is 11:19 PM, 19 May, 2015 and I am writing this right from the Dibrugarh Rajdhani train, Train no 12424, enroute to Guwahati from Delhi. We just crossed Mughalsarai junction few mins back and heading towards Patna. Though Rajdhani train is known to be a premium category train but the experiences we had today is even worse than a second class of a local train.
Train is so dirty and coach that we are boarded so old and outdated, this is the 3rd instance AC is not working in last 8/9...

hours and we have to find people eveytime to fix that. When we approach TTE, they say attendant is responsible; attendant is not available neither in coach nor in kitchen or around. So many people sleeping on the floor of course TTE must have allowed them; one can't recognise if it's is 2nd class or 3rd AC Rajdhani class. Children are crying out of suffocation in coach. People can't sleep and roaming here and there. Altogether its such a mess here and a perfect example of negligence by railways and its employees, corruption by TTE, mis-management and many more. Though couldn't take videos at night, attaching couple of photos just for giving you an idea. I have decided to share this post until it finds the right person to take necessary actions on this."
