12393 sampoorn kranti exp started 6:45 Hr late and more surperisingly with RCF coaches. Pessangers with having seat no more than 72 are facing lots of trouble. Its totally missmanagement of railway.

It must be there, they should have checked the chart before boarding.
LHB train is having 22 coaches, but ICF runs with 24 coaches, so they might have attached coaches.
In icf it used to have 10-11 coaches of SL class, which was reduced to 9 in LHB
