For an SF train, 70 km/h is not possible. Either put it atleast 50 km/h for an SF train.

I agree with you. Because in future, they are increasing the speed of SF trains to 160 km/h (don't know exactly what speed is going to increase). Sorry for the reply.
thanks for your valuable feed back. as in mas bza, sf trains travel in 70kmph, why not from mas sbc?
I think the speed is possible. Its bit odd time departing from MAS though. Why sleepers? Why not chair cars or second sitting?
