I have read in the news that Gatimaan charges are 25% higher than BPL shatabdi. BPL shtb takes a few mins more than Gatimaan expres, then why shall people pay 25% more money for a few mins ride to the destination. I hope it does not turn into another flop concept like that of Premium trains or Double Decker trains.

There was no new class of train created in last few years. This new train will be mostly of shtb fare with/without concessions.
