Never understood the logic of the staff to litter the area around restrooms!It's like as long as you dump it outside the berthing area all is 'well and good'.The black bag is right there,just dispose all that into it and job done!
Too add - It's not just Paschim Express,i think all the trains have this same mess in this same exact position.
