3) Adequate number of benches, chairs and roof shelter on all the platforms
4) AC and Non-AC Waiting Rooms with Dormitories for Senior Citizens and Women
5) Wheel Chairs for Physically Challenged passengers and Electronic Baggies for Senior Citizens
6) Adequate number of licensed food and snacks mobile stalls + Drinking Water Facilities on the platforms
7) Proper Coach Indicators and Announcement Loud Speakers on the platforms
8) Proper Security Personnel with Metal Detectors and sniffer doggies at entrances/exits and premises
