BZA-NDLS AC Express Inauguration could well be delayed owing to Model Election code of conduct in force.
Since its first train from Proposed Capital of AP it was planned make it a grand affair but looks not be..slight chances of it being inaugrated by GM of SCR. The Rake had a sucessful train from BZA-OGL on wednesday.
Already Railway projects in India are taking decades for completion. Model code of conduct should not come in a way for commissioning the projects. What's the big impact here?
