in 1 eTicket I booked 3 persons 2 are confirmed and 1 is CKWL 1.if this 1 ticket is not confirmed after chart prepare will I get refund automatically? ?

No. If he is not travelling,You must get a no travel certificate from the TTE and have to file TDR for the third person.
