Traveled by Sealdah Rajdhani, 2A, coach A-1, PNR 6539565108, seats 1-4, 6, 36, on June 6, 2015, SDAH to NDLS - crores of rupees spend on the swatchh rail abhiyan is just being wasted and going down the drain, pls all passengers beware big rats are on the prowl in the coach, cut 4 bags of mine, the day is not far away when these rats will start biting children and with food kept in the coach it is balle balle for rats, pls all passengers keep the lights on during night to ensure that rats do not damage your bags nor bite you....
Swatch abhiyan was just a teaser. It was never meant to be a abhiyan if they have taken this seriously they would have started a scoreboard of cleanliness of each zone and monitored them. No introductory of machines and gadgets to clear the garbage. Its just a verbal commitment from govt and verbal commitment does not need stamp....
Not everyone follows what is started.. Look in some trains this abhiyan has been fruitful but it depends upon certain staff how they take things seriously or in a kidding way.. One way in and other way out.. Look at some some stations how the things have changed after this abhiyan has been started... There can't be 100% result in a country where most of the peoples are either corrupt or lazy. I am sad that you became victim of this. :(
