Is this really an express train?? Having a average speed of just 38 kmph and 37 halts for 672 km journey that means a halt after every 18 kms...People travel in this train only when there is no other option left ...
In NER days this train was staff train,
Train to/fro HQ from SEE/SPJ/BSB Div,
That's why so many stops.

So my question is ,is this train still a staff train ?? And many other trains like this one like barauni-Gwalior mail ,mithila,maurya,tata chpara,bagh too staff trains ??
