The empty station view can be seen after 6PM, where a heavy flow of trains and passengers are just over. The remaining passengers left in the platforms will be for DDN/CDG/ASR/LTT trains at 6.10PM, Chennai Super fast, etc which is much lesser as compared with the huge number of passengers and loud noise, between 4.30PM and 6PM. The busiest time at Kannur Station is at 4.55PM-5PM, where 5 trains are present at a time(including bay lines and other tracks without platform). The trains are : 12617(ERS-NZM MANGALA EXP@16.50-16.55), 16348(MAQ-TVC EXP@17.00-17.05), 56652(CAN-CLT PASS@16.35-17.20), 56659(CAN-CHV PASS@17.20) and 16528(CAN-YPR EXP@18.00). Normally, 16348 arrives CAN before 16.55hrs and the station will have 5 trains at a time and the most busiest time at Kannur station with full of daily office time passengers and long distance passengers. The other time with highest number of trains at Kannur is after 12.20AM, where 5 trains will be resting at the platforms&other lines and one or two passing trains in each directions at a time, as 6 or 7 trains at a time.
