Nowadays 12431/32 is becoming really pathetic in terms of food and cleanliness. The quality of food is become worse day by day and there is nobody to check or to maintain the quality. Last time when i travelled the same thing happened and i gone to pantry car and complained about the same. After that also nothing happened. Rather than that the pantry staff used to demand tips when we are reaching our destination.
In this case the lunch served is not an extra one as the schedule of the train has changed due to monsoon time table. So they have to serve us the proper lunch and also evening tea and snacks. These things are happening because of the game...

Generally, while such types of trains run late, on behalf of Railways/ IRCTC we are provided with complementary lunch/ dinner....in those cases, only daal-chaval/roti along with pickle are provided....not vegetables....thus I am asking.....
Sir this is not a complementry lunch, as the time of arrival at NDLS has been changed from 12:40 to 16:55 due to the effect of monsoon time table at KR. Hence a full meal as per standards has to be provided, but they never provide and the catering contractor claim for full meal from IR
