Uttar Pradesh: Halts after every 37 km...
Bihar: Halts every 19 km...
West Bengal: Halts every 36 km...

I think they should do something regarding its halts in Bihar...atleast halts should be after every 25 km...
For all these statistics may I know how did you calculate the 202 km distance b/w NJP KIR which part falls in Bihar & which part in WB? There is frequent shift from.one state to the other.
I calculated deducting region under WB and taking the Bihar region in between...you can check there won't be much difference...
