20 villages in 3 Districts of Haryana i.e. Rohtak Bhiwani and Hissar is required to be provided by Haryana Govt to Railways free of cost. Alignment of the Railway line & L-section has been finalised & accordingly detailed estimate costing Rs.755 cr has been sent to Board on 12-09-13 but received back with certain observations for which the reply has been sent to Railway Board on 31-0114. Board has again sent some observations dated 25-08-14. The cost of DE has been reduced to Rs.576.18 cr and reply sent to Board on 10-11-14. Commissioner/Rohtak is coordinating the Land Acquisition process from State Govt. side. Joint field survey by Railway along with concerned Revenue officials has been completed. Transfer of centre line of proposed rail line on Revenue Maps has been done. Earlier Sec (4) notification was issued on 07-10-13 under urgency clause. Denotified on 13-12-13 and now again the notification of section IV in normal clause done on 20-12-13. Objections under section V have been heard and report submitted by DRO to FC, Chandigarh on 21-02-14. Sec.VI Gazette Notification done on 26th June'14 and published in newspaper on 19-07-14.

Rohtak-Hansi-Meham railway line ki stithi ke baare mein
Kaam Haryana Sarkar ke 50:50 hisse mein ho raha hai. Iske alawa, zameen Haryana Sarkar dwara muft mein pradan ki ja rahi hai. Lagbhag 360 hectare zameen, Rohtak, Bhiwani aur Hissar ke 20 gaonon mein Railways ko muft mein pradan ki jaani hai. Railway line aur L-section ka alignment final kar diya gaya hai aur iske anusar khoon-tikat bayaan ki tasdeek ki gayi hai, jiske lagbhag kharch Rs. 755 crore hai aur ise 12-09-13 ko Railway Board ko bheja gaya, lekin kuch observations ke saath wapas aaya hai, jiska jawab 31-01-14 ko Railway Board ko bheja gaya hai. Board ne fir kuch observations bheje hain, 25-08-14 ki date se. DE ke kharch ko Rs. 576.18 crore tak kam kar diya gaya hai aur jawab 10-11-14 ko Railway Board ko bheja gaya hai. Commissioner/Rohtak, pradesh sarkar ke taraf se zameen ka adhigrahan kriya ko coordinate kar rahe hain. Railway ke saath jude hue revenue ke adhikariyon ke saath sahayak kshetra mein survey pura ho gaya hai. Proposed rail line ke central line ki transfer revenue maps par ho chuki hai. Pehle urgensi clause ke tahat Sec (4) ki ghoshna 07-10-13 ko jari ki gayi thi. 13-12-13 ko denotified ki gayi thi aur ab fir section IV ki ghoshna normal clause ke tahat 20-12-13 ko ki gayi hai. Sec.V ke tahat kiye gaye aapattiyan suni gayi hain aur DRO dvara report FC, Chandigarh ko 21-02-14 ko submit ki gayi hai. Sec.VI ki Gazette Notification 26th June'14 ko ki gayi hai aur 19-07-14 ko akhbaar mein prakashit ki gayi hai.
