Just watched it. Hats off fr d working. Mega work they do on daily basis and at this much of quantity some low quality we may expect coz no one is 100% perfect In thid world. Keep gng irctc you a r backbone of IR now!!

Irctc is no.1 but by politics rail passengers ko irctc ka 20% hi available hai. Baaki catering maafia ke haatho me. Jab rail budget aaya tha tab news me dikha rahe the kaise gande tarike se private caterer khana banate hai. Use dekhne ke baad rail ke khaane ke baare me koi soch bhi nahi sakta. Irctc catering rajdhani ke liye hai ab bas. Agar catering kharaab hoti to pehle rajdhani se service hatai jaati. But its milibhagat of railway and catering maafia.
