Im traveling from TDU to YPR today. In this train there are above 30 seats are available but when i tried to book ticket in IRCTC site it's showing charting done*.
What that mean i can't book ticket online. Can i take counter reservation ticket.??? Is it possible in TDU station. Reply fast....

But in indianrail.gov.in , if you look at Current booking availability it says 0 for today.
