Already packed, HWH - YPR is getting abused further :). then in that case KVZ halt will also be added down the line. we don't have option unless a daily train to SBC from AP is started which reaches in the morning. I guess, a long distance train like HWH - YPR can be given a slot like it reaches at 11 am or so. It doesn't need to reach in the morning at 7 am.
