Grievance Description : Sir, I would like to request you to kindly divert 12393/94 Sampoorna Kranti Express with following timings via Lucknow-varanasi-Mughalsarai as its unable to maintain its time in the current route through North Central Railways. For 12394 departure from new delhi at 1830 hrs, lucknow at 0110 hrs to 0120 hrs, Varanasi at 0530 hrs to 0550 hrs, Mughalsarai at 0630 hrs to 0640 hrs and Patna at 0930 hrs. For 12393 dep from Patna at 1800 hrs, Mughalsarai at 2050 hrs to 2100 hrs at Varanasi at 2140 hrs to 2150 hrs at Lucknow at 0200 hrs to 0210 hrs and New Delhi at 0900 hrs.. So it will be 15 hrs in both direction and it will save agony of passengers suffering daily from North Central Railways and Bermuda Traingle formerly Allahabad Division. They are unable to run this train on time. Its time Railway Board takes some action rather than sitting and sleeping.

Details : Your concern with regard to punctuality of 12393/12394 New Delhi-Patna Sampoorn Kranti Express is appreciated and it is informed that Indian Railways makes continuous efforts to run trains on time, however, trains do run late due to various reasons like inclement weather, bandh, Hartal, strikes, many of which are beyond the control of Indian Railways. Despite best efforts of Indian Railways, trains services over North Central Railway are not able to maintain their punctuality owing to severe line capacity constraints on the North Central Railway in view of quantum rise in the number of services presently being operated which include both passenger traffic and goods traffic.
