Out of 3 wait-listed passengers for a journey from Kanpur to Patna by 12310 Rajdhani Express dated 15 July 2015, status of 2 passengers is now confirmed. Can the third passenger travel in the train if his ticket remains wait-listed on the commencement of the journey? The ticket is E ticket.
Yes he can travel with that ticket after the consent of the TTE.
Yes, if the 3rd person is in the same ticket. Otherwise he cant if the ticket remains in WL
Yes, all the passengers of same ticket can board the train if any one seat is confirmed! :)
