This can never happen.. if icf coaches go above 110,they start vibration.. and thats their end point i.e 111 kmph,112kmph is ok sometimes you would see 113 for mere second but not beyond that.. speed limit for icf coach is 110kmph .. beyond that they will derail. and 123 is gps error.. Sorry to say that.
