I think this is the right time when SER should take a wise decision. Rather than inaugurating 22863 HWH-YPR AC EXP, make this Duranto full AC and give it a pure LHB rake instead of current Hybrid LHB rake and speed up this Duranto.
And in the place of the AC EXP inaugurate a normal SF train between HWH and YPR. Which is a much needed train in between these two place as 12863/64 is getting overcrowded day by day and indeed it will be a super hit train of IR.

is mostly used by Howrah based people, hence there is only one train left for passenger of other parts of West Bengal i.e. 12863/64 as other trains like 12509/10, 15227 etc. are mostly crowded by North-East India passengers.
So inaugurating a SF train between HWH-YPR/SBC will be very helpful for passengers between SRC/Santragachi and CTC/Cuttack as they only one option 12863/64. It will reduce the rush from 12863/64 and 12509/10.
Stoppages of that train can be following:-
HWH(Source)-SRC-KGP-BLS-JJKR-CTC-BBS-KUR-BAM-VZM-VSKP-RJY-BZA-NLR-RU-KPD-JTJ-KJM-YPR(Destination)
