In KR no problem for electrification.

Would beg to differ here. If electrification has to be carried out, it'll need a lot of engineering surveys to be done since the tunnels in KR have not been designed with electrification in mind. Even during the trials of the Double Decker, there were clearance issues in a few tunnels with Pernem tunnel being the prominent one.
