I took it from SBC to Vellore.....in D4....it was not so much crowded...
Maybe you were lucky that time but most of the train like Lalbagh, SBC-MAS Intercity gets overcrowded mostly between SBC-KPD...

I experienced it few days ago in Lalbagh... You will feel like you are a concrete made statue in the rush...Sometimes its impossible to move a single inch.... :(
