Hello Sir,
I have confirm 2 upper seats in 2nd AC, n we have 2 kind below 4years. (duronto NZM to PUNE 10th AUG)
Any alternate so that we can get 2 lower seats.(booking tatkal could be a solution)??

The worst Trip i have every done. 2AC , Coach A3.. the worst coach, 3 times AC got failed, 3 times light of entire coach got failed.
Very usual noises were their in coach during travel time. it seemed like any time we could be derailed. all night most of the coach passengers were not able to sleep. One passenger complained to have a burning smelled. this coach must removed from this train or rail minister should travel in this coach with his FAMILY to have a good/bad experience.
