IR's inability to start further new trains on the Udhampur - Katra Section due to "technical" issues regarding the Kashmir Rail Link Project
4) Ongoing electrification works between Jammu and Katra
5) Ongoing doubling works between Jalandhar Cantt and Jammu on a few stretches (may be)
6) No new rake available at the moment for ER coach yards to run this train
7) Issues on making Dhanbad as a Technical or a Commercial stoppage
8) Pending decision on running this train as a Premium/Suvidha/AC SF or Normal SF en route
9) Yard Remodeling issues at Varanasi, Sultanpur, Lucknow, Bareilly Jn etc (possibility)
10) RRI Works on this train's route
11) Grand Chord Route's congestion problem and on going #EDFC construction
12) Doubling works on the Varanasi - Sultanpur - Lucknow Route
