Since it is SER, it would have been also great that it be advertised in Bengali..... bulk of passengers would be migrant labourers who may not be able to comprehend english.
In the station and in booking counters in Kerala, the notifications are written in malayalam but since the bulk of passengers predominantly include miigrant labourers from east it would have been good for better patronisation. At least they come to know of such a train. If you just have a look at the sleeper coaches or east/north east bound trains to kerala you wud see that the bulk of passengers are workers coming from those places
