change the route of train Andhra pradesh Sampark kranti express 12707 via vijayawada because it is passing via the capital city of telangana not the andhra pradesh
and introduce a new sampark kranti train from Telangana state either from khammam or from nizamabad (via secunderabad, warangal).

introducing another apsk from kakinada or nellore/vijayawada/ananthapur(via nellore-vijayawada or dhone-guntur-vijayawada) is better rather than changing the route of this train
