CBC se kya hota... log mare kyuki coach me pani bhar gaya tha.. cbc just protects from getting toppled.. yaha to coaach topple nahi huye..
The locos affected in the ill-fated and sad accident are KYN WCAM3 # 21898 (Train No. 13201) and ET WAP4 # 22856 (Train No. 11071).

IR should have inspected flood affected/prone areas on it's network across India and issues speed restrictions or track maintenance works to avoid such carelessness.... in summers IR faces problems of track metal expansions and trains face fog problems in the winters. So all seasons in our Nation bring some hindrances. So the 110 Kmph MPS is just fine rather than 160 Kmph High Speed trains or 300+ Kmph Bullet Trains.... India is NOT like Japan (We may or may not run Bullet Trains like them but they can't make their rail network of 63,000 Kms like us ever.... I am still proud of my Country). Now IR's 1st priority should be safety, second is security and big projects like the #EDFC :-o
