Posted a grievance for Goa Rajdhani from NDLS to VSG got the following reply:
At present, running of a new Rajdhani Express between Vasco Da Gama and New Delhi is not feasible due to operational and resource constraints. However, introduction of new train services including Rajdhani Express is an on-going process over Indian Railways subjet to availability of resources, operational feasibility etc. Moreover, 2 train services serving Madgaon viz. 22413/22414 Nizamuddin-MAO Premium AC Express and 22653/22654/22655/22656 TVC-NZM (via MAO) Express bi-weekly have been announced in Railway Budget 2014-15.

How can you say Rajdhani not needed. Other states are having both Rajdhani and Premium too.
