I am Unable to Upload any Pic from My Samsung Galaxy Core 2 when I am Trying To Upload then Suddenly The Browser Reloads and This message Comes 'Unable to Complete Previous Operation Due to Low Memory' as I have 700 MB Free in My Device Memory and More Than 1 GB Free in My Memory Card I Have Tried to Upload Pic From My Chrome Browser and My Device's Internet Browser But Unable to Upload. I am Able to Upload Pic from Other Devices and From My PC
I am Able to Upload Pic on FB From My Samung Galax Core 2 But Unable to Upload on IRI

I have Tried From My Mother's Mobile I am Able to Upload from My Mother's Mobile Even I Have Changed Browser in My Mobile Then Also I am Unable to Upload

i also faced this problem many times, still didnt get a response, then i searched online, try this...clear up cookies, delete all history evrything..and then relogin and try...this worked on chrome...and if possbl update the app/browser which ur using
