Medaram Sammakka Saralamma Jatara, which starts in the month of February 2016.
As per early records in 2012 year 10 million people visited. Till now entire transportation is by road only.
The nearest stations warangal, jammikunta , peddapalli and ramagundam. But still more than 100 km need to travel by road from these stns to medaram.

It has mentioned in the SC railway news. In godavari pushkaralu spl trains lost profit due to unreserved spl trains. Only few reserved spl trains got bit profit but overall wise loss for SCR.
