These locos once used to haul some Rajdhani trains when WAPs were unavailable during the late 1990s or early 2000s. Now they have become old war-horses like the WDM-4s... I've hardly heard of any break-downs or fire catching incidents regarding these wammies unlike some wappies (P-4s/P-7s) or waggies (G-9s)... :-)
