Out of Blue..This train used to be the first Satabdi express between Rourkela and Hwh similar timings.For some discrimination during Lalu tenure the services was temporarily stopped and when resumed (as Jan-satabdi)it was till Tata and then diverted towards Badbil.Should be resumed back to Rkl or a new Satabdi or jan satabdi should be introduced between Rkl and hwh.
